This satellite photo shows Diamond Point in relation to Seattle, etc. To the left of Diamond Pt is Sequim Bay, and to the right is Discovery Bay. The little crescent island just above Diamond Pt is Protection Island, and that waterway above it is the Straight of Juan de Fuca.

Looking to the left instead, you see the entrance and the small tool shed that is at the edge of the property on the West side.

And this is looking at the front door straight on (with door to the garage on the right).

Come on in! About 20 feet straight ahead is...

...the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen (it's on your immediate right - can't see it in this photo).

And beyond them is the beach! The water (and therefore view) is looking due north, as we are doing in this photo.

If you looked to your right, here's what you'd see.

Lots of built-in shelving...and a little phone desk (with a dog-door behind the chair!).

Moving outside, this is the edge of the property on the West (looking East) at the house, with its deck on the left.

There's not as much lawn as it appears (most of these photos are taken with a wide-angle lens, so the foreground is magnified).

This is from the opposite (Eastern) end of the property looking back towards the West.

The property to the West of us just has a mobile home on it at this point. This shot gives a good view of the entire house that faces the beach.

This is looking directly South at the back of the house.

This shows the deck, and you can see a little of the neighboring house to the East (a very nice house).

This is standing just below the deck looking due East, so all you see is a little of the deck, the Eastern neighbor's house, and the firepit.

Around to the right is Discovery Bay, and the far land is the Western side of the peninsula that has Port Townsend on its Eastern shore.

This is the beach looking West from the piling breakwater. The tide is out quite a ways.

On the lower level are the dining room and living room, and on the upper level (behind a small deck with a glass railing) is the master bedroom, and (to the right) bathroom.

This shows our entire 101ft of waterfront from property line to property line. The island in the distance is Protection Island, a nature preserve where there are often supposedly sea lions and lots of birds.

Another view Westward. As you can see, there is a row of trees that largely hides the neighbor's mobile home from our deck.

Around that far piece of land is Sequim Bay, and beyond that (out of sight) is Sequim. Thus, Diamond Point lies in between Sequim Bay (on the West) and Discovery Bay (on the East), and beyond those bays, the cities of Sequim and Port Townshend.

This is the "media room." Not sure what we'll use it for yet.
